See who gets a price difference back
Improved
In the price editor, Give the difference back now previews how many registrations receive the lower price, stay unchanged, or are listed for the store with a reason, along with the units returned.
The check-in roster keeps a swiped row clipped inside its box, and long names now truncate instead of extending beyond the row.

Price drops can return the difference
New
When you lower a live price below what customers paid, the product editor now offers Give the difference back; after the correction, the price card shows how many registrations received the difference, how many were unchanged, and how many were left as store credit, with the reason shown to viewers who can access customer details.
Improved
The asset list now shows when a door lock is offline, when its battery is low or empty, and keeps the latest battery and connection status for each lock.
Fixed
In the event finder's narrow picker, the selected event's title, place and time now fit inside the trigger, with the title giving way first and each part ending in an ellipsis when needed.

New
When an owner lowers a product price, they can choose to refund the difference to people who already paid the higher price; the refund is sent to the payer and both the customer and payer are notified.

Owners can connect door locks to rooms
New
In the integration section, an Owner can choose a door lock from the store’s Seam accounts and bind it to the room it opens, then move or unbind it later from the same door-lock asset.

Improved
Long text now stays inside its space across price cards, calendar blocks, profiles, screen tiles, search and event pickers, and menus; long billing lines wrap, times and handles use ellipses, tiles adapt to their width, and menus expand to show their longest label.

Control pass reminders before they arrive
New
Notification settings now list the pass reminder as switched on for in-app and email notices before the first reminder arrives, so you can switch it off in advance.
The day-before email now includes Can't make it next to I'll come; choosing it shows what your cancellation returns, cancels your booking when allowed, and tells schedule holders that the time is free without creating a missed-confirmation task.

Checkout and check-in text stay in place
Fixed
In checkout, the only selected person in Buying for can no longer be unchecked on screen, so every purchase always has someone selected.
A long order title in the pending-order banner no longer makes checkout scroll sideways; the banner stays within the checkout width.
Long names on the check-in roster now end with an ellipsis instead of running under the row buttons, and the full name appears when you point to it.

Pass expiry reminders at your local evening
New
Pass holders and payers now receive one in-app and email reminder at 20:00 in their own time zone when an eligible pass is approaching its end, with the remaining amount and a button for what the pass pays for.
When buying a pass, you can now choose to buy it for someone else by tapping the plus sign at the end of Buying for; the purchase page explains what this means only after someone else is selected.
Improved
Answering an ask now uses the same Accept and Decline actions across the ask page, one-click link, notifications and ask emails; after accepting, Withdraw lets you take back the answer after confirmation, and Japanese shows 承諾 for Accept.
Ask response cards now place Decline on the left and Accept or the next step on the right in one consistent footer, with details shown as a text link; this layout also applies to consent and record cards on phones.

Video controls are clearer on iPhone
Improved
Programs and options are now handled as products: the separate Program and Option pages and their temporary links are gone, while access and class alerts continue to reach the same owners and teachers.
Fixed
On iPhone with iOS 17.5, the event card’s close and sound buttons stay sharp after you tap them; the sound button is now in the bottom-right corner, spaced away from the close button to prevent accidental taps.

Class change notifications are now accurate
Fixed
Class change notifications now appear only when a class’s public details actually change; moving a class between equivalent listings no longer sends false teacher-change notices, and valid pending notices are no longer suppressed. When a change is sent, the class title and teacher details appear together.

Cancellation notices now show your share of a refund

Improved
Product plans are now named Product plan in English, 产品计划 in Chinese, 상품 플랜 in Korean and 商品プラン in Japanese throughout the interface.
Fixed
When one request cancels places in multiple sessions, the customer now receives one cancellation notice covering all of them, with the store’s note shown under the cancellation cause on the registration page and in the notice.
After removing all selected places, the removal window no longer tries to load a preview with no places selected.

New
Customers booked into a confirmed visit are now asked in the app and by email, by default one day before the visit, whether they will come; I'll come records the confirmation once, including from a signed-out email link, while schedule holders get a to-do for unanswered bookings and can record Confirmed by phone when they call.

Refund review follows your chosen rule

Extra refunds and pass time after cancellation
New

Cancellation notices and the reviewer preview now show each registration’s own share of an extra pass grant, including when one paid pass covered several registrations.

New cancellation extensions and family controls
New
The rule editor now offers three starting templates for cancellation extensions: one week when the store cancels, two weeks when it cancels less than a day before, and one day per point given back; customers’ own cancellations receive no extension by default, and you can change the numbers before saving.
Improved
You can now ask someone to join your family from their Family card using their email address, without needing a public handle.
Family requests can now be managed from the profile, and accepting a request from the email or request page takes you to your own family list.
Family pages now describe who is asking and what they want in family terms, so the request is clearer.
Fixed
A managed family member’s hand-over link and removal options now appear only for the person who manages that member.
Removing a managed family member now shows a clear reason when it cannot be completed, instead of an error page or an unclear message.
The cancel option for a registration now appears only to the attendee, the customer who registered, or the person who paid for its pass; other family members are told who can cancel it.

Store cancellations now include full compensation
Improved
When your store cancels a registration or makes a correction, the cancellation terms are now applied so all value already taken comes back, with any extra compensation added to the pass, including money returned from a pass.
Cancellation notices now also go to buyers who purchased a registration for someone else; each person sees only the refunds for the passes they paid for, and the buyer’s notice opens with the registration they made for that person.
Fixed
In a request status notice sent to the customer it concerns, the staff member’s name is no longer shown next to Submitted by or For; the store’s reviewers still see those details.

Clearer registration and payment details
New
Registration confirmations now show who registered the person and why no one was asked for approval, who bought the pass and who it was for, and whether the registration was made by the storefront or a staff member.
Payment details, receipts and receipt email attachments now identify the person the pass paid for, while each party sees only the payment information intended for them.
Improved
When you cancel an entire session, the cancellation window now shows each person’s places and what they will get back after you choose a reason.
When you enter a refund for a card cancellation, the cancellation window now shows the maximum amount the pass can return and explains that any extra amount is a grant before Confirm becomes available.
Checkout can now display an agreed time on the hour as either “2 AM” or “2:00 AM,” matching the time format used when the agreement is saved.
Fixed
If someone else’s unpaid order is holding a place for you, you can now see the relevant parties, cancel the place, and are prevented from paying for an order you do not own.
When a place can no longer fit within the person’s limit, late payment now remains on the pass as a limit-reached conflict instead of being treated as a payment for the place.

New

Unlimited passes and time-based refunds
New
Stores can now offer unlimited passes: they can pay for any checkout line without filling up units, are used first among passes ending the same day, can be transferred, remain active for the store, can be closed while time remains, and continue to appear in My Orders as upcoming passes.
Improved
When an unlimited pass is refunded, Refund by time left can return the portion of the purchase price that matches the time remaining; cancelling a booking never triggers this pass refund.
New card payment prices now start with Cash back when merchant cancels: a store cancellation returns the payment to the card, while a customer cancellation keeps it as balance; stores can choose a different rule, and existing prices keep their current rule.
Fixed
A waitlist class is now swept again after another sweep has finished using it, so a live wait or open offer is not left waiting when the class changes during the sweep.

Improved
Across pass requests, notices, settings, pricing details, listings and the Passes page, Chinese now consistently calls a pass 卡 instead of mixing 通行证, 课包, 课卡 and 通票.
The card-refund notice now says the refund returns the pass payment, rather than saying it paid back classes, in all four languages.

Product publishing, HEIC uploads, and clearer emails
New
Control product sales from the product list: From a product’s row menu, you can now choose Publish, Unlist, or Stop selling; Stop selling asks you to confirm first.
Upload HEIC photos from more browsers: If your browser cannot decode an iPhone HEIC photo, Hana can read its dimensions from the file and continue the upload; shoppers see a browser-friendly version, while downloads keep the original file.
Improved
Notice emails are easier to read on phones: Emails now show no more than two buttons, keep facts on one line when they fit, identify what numbers count, and use natural spacing in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
Fixed
One-click unsubscribe now works: The unsubscribe button next to Hana notice emails in Gmail and Apple Mail now completes the same unsubscribe action as the link.
Pass access notices name the right recipient: Access-change notices now identify the pass consumer, including both people when a pass is transferred, instead of the person who paid.
HEIC uploads no longer fail with a browser error: Browsers that cannot open HEIC files no longer reject the photo just because they cannot determine its size; if the image delivery service cannot provide a viewable version, the upload still reports the failure clearly.

Pass names and expiry dates in emails
Improved
Payment confirmation emails now show a pass’s name with its end date as one item; the date is included only while the pass is active and has time remaining, and passes used entirely in the same order, closed passes, and passes that have not started yet remain hidden.
Chinese pass names now use 卡 consistently, including the default name for unnamed passes, so the wording also fits salons and rental stores instead of referring to classes.

Published class posts can now be controlled
Improved
Program settings: You can now choose whether publishing a class creates a post on the activity page; when enabled, it appears as a small class card with its place, without a poster or a repeated class title.
